Terms & Conditions for SpinalClass

Admission and Enrollment
• 1.1 Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are subject to availability.
• 1.2 Completion of the Admission Form is mandatory before starting classes. Without a completed form, classes cannot commence.
• 1.3 The information provided in the Admission Form must be accurate and complete. Any false information may result in the rejection of admission.
• 1.4 Admission is subject to verification of the details provided in the Admission Form, including past academic records and medical information.

Fee Payment and Refund Policy
• 2.1 Fees must be paid monthly before the 1st of each month. A late fee of ₹100 will be charged for each day of delay.
• 2.2 All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of proven emergency, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• 2.3 Fees should be paid directly through the provided payment methods (bank transfer, UPI, or other digital payment platforms).
• 2.4 Tuition fees are structured on yearly basis and charged on a monthly basis, not on an hourly or per-day basis. This is applicable even if a student is absent or takes leave, as we appoint a dedicated tutor for every 5 students for the entire academic year.
• 2.5 Additional charges apply for special subjects like French, Hindi, AI classes, and art workshops as specified in the admission form.
• 2.6 Fee hikes may occur once per year, with prior notice to parents 30 days before implementation.

Attendance and Punctuality
• 3.1 Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. Parents will be informed if a student is absent without prior intimation.
• 3.2 Parents must ensure that their child arrives on time for classes. In case of delay, it is the parent’s responsibility to inform the tutor.
• 3.3 A minimum of 75% attendance is required for a student to continue to the next session or term.
• 3.4 A daily update of attendance, including in-time, out-time, and subjects covered, will be shared with parents via WhatsApp.

Discipline and Conduct
• 4.1 Students are expected to maintain discipline at all times within the premises of SpinalClass.
• 4.2 Students must park their cycles and leave their slippers in the designated areas only. Any items left outside the allotted area will be removed.
• 4.3 Unnecessary talking, loud behavior, or disruptive actions inside the premises are strictly prohibited. Students should maintain a calm and respectful environment conducive to learning.
• 4.4 Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any student found to be violating the conduct rules. This may include suspension or expulsion from classes.
• 4.5 Parents are requested to cooperate with SpinalClass in ensuring that their child follows the rules and guidelines.
• 4.6 No cell phones, gadgets, or valuable items are allowed inside the class. SpinalClass will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such items if brought to the premises.

Drop-off, Pick-up, and Independent Travel
• 5.1 Drop-off and pick-up of the child must be done by parents or a designated guardian only. Parents are expected to adhere to the timing guidelines provided by SpinalClass.
• 5.2 If the child is coming to the tuition center on their own or leaving independently, parents must provide a signed consent letter, clearly stating their approval, to the SpinalClass official email mentioned below.
• 5.3 Parents are kindly requested to follow these guidelines for the safety and security of their children.

Snacks and Food Policy
• 6.1 Snacks are not allowed inside the premises of SpinalClass to maintain cleanliness and focus during learning sessions.
• 6.2 Parents are requested to ensure that children have their meals or snacks at home before coming to the tuition center.
• 6.3 SpinalClass will not be responsible for managing any food allergies or incidents related to food brought from outside.

Academic Expectations and Progress Reporting
• 7.1 Students must participate actively in classes, tests, and any assigned homework to maintain steady academic progress.
• 7.2 Weekly and monthly performance reports will be shared with parents, which include tuition test scores, school exam scores, attendance records, and behavioral assessments.
• 7.3 Parents are encouraged to attend monthly meetings to discuss their child’s progress with tutors.
• 7.4 SpinalClass holds the right to change or update the curriculum as per educational standards and requirements.
• 7.5 Students are expected to show respect towards their tutors and fellow classmates at all times.

Medical Information and Emergency Protocols
• 8.1 Parents are required to inform SpinalClass of any medical conditions or allergies that their child may have at the time of admission.
• 8.2 SpinalClass will not be liable for any medical emergency that arises due to the non-disclosure of medical information.
• 8.3 In case of a medical emergency during class hours, the provided emergency contact will be notified immediately. SpinalClass is authorized to seek medical assistance for the child if needed.
• 8.4 Parents are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during an emergency situation.

Privacy and Data Protection
• 9.1 All information provided in the Admission Form and during the course of admission will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and academic purposes.
• 9.2 Photos or videos taken during classes or activities may be used for promotional materials only with prior permission from parents.
• 9.3 Personal data of students and parents will not be shared with any third-party organizations without consent, except as required by law.

Code of Conduct for Parents and Guardians
• 10.1 Parents must ensure that their child follows the rules and guidelines set by SpinalClass.
• 10.2 Parents are requested to communicate respectfully with the SpinalClass staff and tutors.
• 10.3 Any grievances or concerns should be communicated through the official channels provided by SpinalClass.
• 10.4 Misbehavior or harassment towards SpinalClass staff by parents or guardians will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of admission.

Safety and Security
• 11.1 The safety of all students is a priority at SpinalClass. Parents are required to drop off and pick up their child as per the agreed schedule.
• 11.2 SpinalClass is not responsible for the safety of students outside of class hours.
• 11.3 Students are not allowed to leave the tuition premises without prior permission from their parents and tutors.

Special Programs and Workshops
• 12.1 Enrollment in additional programs like French tuition, art workshops, AI basics, and more requires separate registration and payment.
• 12.2 Fees for these special programs are non-refundable and must be paid in advance before the start of the program.
• 12.3 A minimum attendance of 80% is required for students to receive a certificate of participation for special workshops.

Liability Disclaimer
• SpinalClass is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur due to negligence on the part of the student or parent, whether on the premises or during commuting.
• SpinalClass does not assume responsibility for unforeseen health emergencies, loss of belongings, or external incidents beyond our control.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
• 13.1 SpinalClass reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents will be informed of any changes via email or official WhatsApp group.
• 13.2 Continued enrollment of the student constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
